factory, ready to be assembled directly at your home. This INPI patented technique ensures constant
building quality and short lead times.
Reinforced concrete, a sustainable choicele
Concrete is the most natural and ecological material you could imagine: 87% gravel & sand, 7%
cement and 6% water! Manufactured in our own factory, vibrating metallic moulds ensure a
perfectly smooth surface for our reinforced concrete blocks which are made to resist rust
(even in salt water) and internal or external pressure. Their weight and density prevent lifting and
give our pools an unmatchable sturdiness and lifespan.
Our reinforced concrete pool structures are pre-fabricated in our factory. They are composed of highly smooth concrete elements.
The perfect evenness of the concrete is obtained by using immense metallic moulds equipped with a vibrator. The vibrations give the concrete
its high density, which improves its resistance throughout time.
All the reinforced concrete elements are free standing. Their civil engineering design ensures optimum resistance to both external
pressure (earth, gravel, sand, rocks, etc.) and internal pressure (water).
Their weight varies depending on the element, from 3 to 5 tons. Most of our pools have a total concrete mass of between 15 and 30 tons.
The reinforced concrete masonry mortar is dosed at 350 or 400 kg.
The different elements are assembled on the worksite using their metallic reinforcements and joining concrete. The joints are made
on the outside of the pool, making them invisible on the inside. This reinforced concrete pool design is smooth, rigid, heavy and stable.
