Salt electrolysis is a simple reaction which occurs naturally within the eco-system of the sea. In this treatment, pool water has a low salt content (on average 8 times less then sea water). Sodium hypochlorite destroys all micro-organisms in the electrolytic cell and provides the pool with the ideal level of free chlorine.
